Today I would like to take a little bit of time to focus on “Base Defenses”. As each passing day edges us closer to the meteoric event that will be dubbed as “the Madden 13 Release”, I’ve noticed that most if not all that are still playing Madden 12 consistently are truely dedicated and have advanced schemes. I’m realizing that these guys have elite levels of offensive schemes that they have developed and perfected throughout the long Madden season. I pride myself on being an offensive Guru more than a defensive mastermind, but I have come up with some base defenses that with a basic level of stick work should keep your opponent honest and having to “dink and dunk” up the field as opposed to scoring one play touchdown’s on you.
